  • We will determine the ability of a prospective buyer to qualify for the purchase of your home prior to showing your home.
  • Your home will have a Secure Lock Box on the door, only allowing Qualified Realtors and their purchasers access to your home.
  • We will phone ahead of time and arrange a convenient time to show your home.

FOLLOW THROUGH:

  • We will call you within 24 hours to give you feedback for a showing, whether that showing was a Private Client, a Public Open House or an Open House for Realtors. 
  • You are welcome and encouraged to call us with any questions or concerns that you might have about the selling process or your property listing.
